2 Things To Do To Not Look Like You are Chasing Your Prospect

chasingMLM Recruiting: How to stop “chasing” your prospect
Part of the stigma behind our profession of network marketing is that we have a reputation of trying to nag and convince people to join. It often looks like we are “chasing” our prospect and when we “chase”, we look desperate.

Regardless your background or current ability to talk to people you don’t know… You can absolutely master prospecting your network marketing business starting right now. No one else is teaching this method that can guarantee that you will never run out of prospects again. http://kennysantos.com/cmpm

Here are 2 things that you can do to stop chasing your prospect when you are MLM recruiting.

BAMFAM
BAMFAM stands for book a meeting from a meeting.
When ever you connect with a prospect always make sure that your next appointment is set.

Don’t say anything vague like:
“Have a look and give me a call if you are interested.”
“Give me a call in the next couple of days.”
“If you have any questions, give me a call.”

Instead of being vague set an actual day and time.
After a prospect confirms that they will be able to look over the information by 7pm tonight, say something like this,
“Perfect, then I’ll give you a call at 7:30 and we talk further.”

Do this with EVERY meeting with your prospect.
If you don’t BAMFAM every meeting with your prospect then you will wonder if it’s too soon to call them back. You’ll call and they might not answer so you’ll wait another couple days and they may be busy and then all of sudden since it’s been so long that they aren’t interested.

Voicemails
Sometimes your prospect won’t answer the phone when you have an appointment or they may stand you up at a meeting.
When that happens leave these 3 voicemails and you’ll stop chasing them when you are MLM recruiting.
First voicemail
“Hey Bob, it’s Kenny. It’s 230 and we had an appointment. Give me a call. 555.555.5555”
2nd voicemail (24 hours later)
“Bob, it’s Kenny. I really hope that you are ok. If this isn’t something that is a good fit, let me know and we can save each other some time.”
3rd voicemail (48 hours later)
“Bob, it’s Kenny. I’ve been trying to get a hold of you. It sounds like the timing isn’t right anymore. I don’t want to waste your time or mine so I’ll just cross you off the list. I hope you find something that is a good fit for you.”

Once you make that last voicemail, you don’t have to waste anymore time with that prospect.
You won’t be chasing them and you’ll also look a lot more professional. When you stop chasing the prospect when you are MLM recruiting that’s when they may actually call you.
No one wants to get crossed off a list. If they see that you are not desperate for their business, they may get second thoughts. If you are too busy to chase them, they may actually want to know more about what you are doing.

Are there any techniques that you use to stop chasing your prospect?

Create a great day!
