I’ve made some key decisions this year that have really impacted my life in a profound and measurable way. These are not the types of decisions that changed my plans for life like starting a new business or deciding to write a book or pursue a singing career. The great thing about these decisions is that anyone can make them no matter what their plan is. These decisions will not change my plans. They will only change how well and how fast I’m able to do them and you can make these exact same decisions as well so that you can execute your plan (no matter what it is) more effectively and more efficiently.

Tell Yourself “I Love Myself” All Day Long
This is by far the most life changing habit that I’ve developed this year and I sure wish that I started doing this

Keep A Journal
Daily journaling is a very powerful exercise and its very simple to do. I take a couple of minutes every morning and I write 3 actions steps I’m going to complete today and 3 things I’m grateful for. I do this before I do anything else. My old habit when I woke up was to grab my phone and play with social media, email and youtube for 30 mins. Now I’m not allowed to look at my phone until I complete my journaling.

The evening is even more important. I won’t go into everything I do but it only takes about 5 minutes. It does include writing down my successes for the day and actions that I’ve taken towards my big dreams. This is very important as it sets my day up to take action. No one wants to get to the end of the day and admit to themselves that they’ve been lazy all day and not worked towards their dreams. This simple action at the end of day has forced me to take some sort of action towards my dreams every single day, this includes on Christmas Day and my birthday. It even includes the 24 days that I went on a European cruise.

Journaling my successes helps me take action towards my dreams everyday.

The last change that I’ve made in my life is something that I just didn’t think I had time for but once I started to implement it, I noticed that it actually created more productive time for me. I explain in the video.

So, these are the 3 changes that I implemented in my life that has made a drastic change for me in the last year. Because I made these changes, I’m happier, I’m healthier (I lost 15 pounds without even really trying) and I’m wealthier (I’m making and keeping more money).
