Success in the network marketing profession has more to do with consistent, persistent effort that you take over and over again, than it has to do with your skill set. Here are 4 things that you can do that will give you boost in your network marketing success without honestly doing that much.
There are many books and quotes that talk about how persistence brings success. One of my favorites is:
“Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.” ~ Calvin Coolidge

Easy To Do
Here are the things that you can do that are honestly not that difficult. Anyone can do them and create success for themselves in the network marketing profession. There are easy to execute but they are also very easy to skip because they don’t seem very significant.
1. Talk to at least 2 people a day.
No matter how busy you are, you can find 2 people to talk to each day about your business. How long does that really take? One could be the barista that gives you your coffee in the morning, the other could the parking attendant. Once could be the cashier when you are getting groceries, the other could be the mechanic that is changing your oil. One could be the bus driver on your morning commute, the other could be a friend you meet for lunch. You could even take a couple moments and just reach out to 2 people on social media. If really want success bad enough, you can find at least 2 people to talk to each day.
This one is the most important to do. Out of all 4 of the suggestions, if all you did was this one, you could create success for yourself. The key is not being addicted to the outcome. All you have to do is ask them a question and see if they are open. If you ask your 2 people whether they are open to looking or not, you will be done for the day.

How Talking To 2 People A Day Creates Success
If you all you did was talk to 2 measly people a day and even if you only did for 5 days a week, that’s 10 people a week and 40 people a month.
How many people did you talk to last month about your network marketing company?
Talking to 40 people a month is doing more than 90% of network marketers out there.
If you don’t feel that 2 people a day is enought then by all means, increase that number. Talk to 5 people a day or 10 people a day. Just make sure that it’s a number that you can sustain. You’ll create more success for yourself if you are willing to follow a plan that you can follow over the long haul. I would rather see you talk to 2 people a day over a period of 6-12 months rather than see you get all excited and talk to 10 people a day and quit after a week.
If you can talk to 2 people each day, you’ll build an army.
2. 10 Mins Of Personal Development Each Day
Absorb 10 mins of personal development and improve yourself each day. It’s not that hard to do. If you have a short attention span or if you don’t like to read then pick up an audio book and listen to it for 10 mins during your morning commute, during an afternoon walk or your daily shower. Just make sure that you do it everyday.
Why is personal development so important?
In the corporate world, you don’t get paid what you are worth. You get paid what your job is worth. You could have 3 Master’s degrees and 2 Doctorate degrees but if you are working at the coffee shop or at a fast food restaurant, you’ll get paid minimum wage.
In network marketing, you get paid what you are worth and your income is dependent on the value that you bring into the market place.

If you bring value, then you will get paid more. In network marketing, your income has more to do with your value than it has to do with your skills like prospecting, presenting or closing.
