Our success is determined by our habits. Success isn’t determined by what you do. Success is determined by what you do daily. For most people, their day is the same, they wake up at the same time, commute the same way, work with the same people, leave work at the same time, commute the same way home, spend time with their family, go to bed at the same time and then start the process all over. 40% of our life is habit.
By carefully choosing our habits, we can harness the power of mindlessness.
Here is a simple habit that you can choose to adopt that will make you happier, healthier and Wealthier.

If you don’t already have a consistent exercise routine, you should know that that is one of the reasons you aren’t as successful as you like.
How does exercise improve your life?
I used to think that I just didn’t have any time to exercise. What I didn’t realize is that if you can make time for exercise then it will pay you back dividends. One of those dividends is actually more time. When you exercise, you are healthier and you can think more clearly. As a result, you have a more restful sleep and you’ll be able to work more efficiently. You need less sleep and you get things done much more quickly. Both of which translate into more time for you.
Exercise gives you more energy. This means you’ll be more productive and able to work harder on your future and your dreams. This means more money for you.
When you exercise, your body releases endorphins. Those are the feel good hormones. You’ll also be more confident. When you are happier and more confident, you take more risks and you play bigger in life. You are also more pleasing to be around which will bring more chances to network and more opportunities brought before you.
After reviewing all of this information, it’s easy to see how something as simple as getting more exercise can make such a huge impact on your health, your wealth your happiness.
How To Start
If you want to incorporate exercise into your daily routine, that’s awesome!
Don’t make the mistake of setting a goal of jogging 30 minutes 3 times a week if you aren’t jogging now. You probably can’t even jog for 30 minutes and you would probably hate it. Start off with 15 minute walk. It’s simple, it’s doable and you are more likely to pick it up as a habit. Once you get comfortable with that you can increase the intensity and time.
If you don’t like walking, then find sort of exercise that is fun for you to do. It might be dancing, swimming, hiking, biking or a sport of some sort. Just start slow and do it until it becomes a mindless part of your daily routine. That is what happened to me. I started with 10 push ups a day and now I do 90. I started with 5 minutes of yoga 3 times a week and now I do 21 minutes every single morning. Both of those activities are mindless habits that make me happier, healthier and wealthier.
