How To Promote A Link On Facebook
Have you ever tried to promote something on Facebook but you very little or no response from it.
You might promote your business or a party or your child’s piano recital or a fund raiser your are doing with a link on Facebook and you hope that people will like, share or comment but you get very low response and you get frustrated.
However if you promote a link that is funny, entertaining or educational you find that you more engagement and response from it.
Generally links look like spam unless they are entertaining. So if you want to promote something, don’t directly use a link. Instead, ask a question.
I have a link that I want to promote on Facebook. It’s 4 steps to generating your first 100 leads online without using paid advertising.
I could do what everyone else seems to do and say something like:
The problem with this is you have no idea what is happening. You don’t know who is interested, you don’t know who you are turning off and you don’t know who is clicking on the link.
Segment Your Audience
Instead learn how to segment your audience by asking a simple question. And finding out who is interested.
If I could get you a free audio that would show you the 4 simple steps to generating your next 100 targeted leads online, who would want the link? Comment below or message me.
When you do it this way, you aren’t turning anyone off because you aren’t assuming that everyone is interested.
You are simply asking a question and finding out who is interested enough to acknowledge it (either publicly or privately)
It works for products that you have for sale as well.
Instead of saying.
Today only get 2 for 1 weight loss shakes on my online store! www.MostPeopleWontClick.com
Try this instead.
If you want to try a great weight loss shake that actually works, makes you feel full and actually tastes good, I’ve heard about a at a great price promotion. Comment below or message me directly and I’ll send you the link.
Instead of spamming your link on your profile and turning most people off, make the ones who are interested ask for more information. That way you aren’t being spamming and you know who to spend your time marketing and selling to.
How cool is that?
Did This Help You?
If so, I would greatly appreciate it if you commented below and shared on Facebook.
