I was out with some of my friends the other night and the subject of Bruce Lee came up.
The quote that had me thinking the most was this:
“I fear not the man who has practice 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practice one kick 10,000 times.”
What’s great about this quote is that it (obviously) doesn’t have to apply to martial arts.
It can apply to anything in life.
If you want master in anything, you have to practice.
If you want MLM Mastery then you must practice
If you want prospecting mastery in particular then go prospect 10000 people.
The same goes for MLM presentation mastery or MLM closing mastery.
In the normal world, you have to become a master in order to get paid.
An athlete has to be good in order to get paid. They don’t get paid a dime to practice their way to mastery.
The same goes for being a doctor or any other profession.
As a matter of fact, it’s the opposite, in the real world, not only do you not get paid but you have to pay in order to practice.
In MLM you don’t have to become a master to get paid.
The wonderful thing is this, you can start today. You can go practice on live prospects and as you practice, not only will you get better, you will get paid.
How wonderful is that?
If you want to become a master at prospecting then go prospect and think of it as practice. Don’t worry about the outcome because you are getting closer to mastery every time you prospect with someone.
Did that bring you some value? Do you think showing this to your downline will help them become more active in their business instead of waiting until they know what to say or waiting until they get better? If so, leave me a comment below.
Create a great day!
