Help yourself out and talk with the prospect just like they can see you.
1. Sit up or Stand Up
Your body language can actually be felt by the prospect. If you are lying in bed or slumped over in your chair, your prospect might not know exactly what you are doing but they will get a lower vibration from you.
Your tone will change greatly if you smile. You’ll feel better too and so will your prospect.
3. Use a hands free device
I like to take notes when I talk to people and it’s always easier when you have a hands free device, also if you are hands free your speech will sound more natural because you can use your hand gestures.
4. Use a mirror
Many sales professionals use a mirror when they are talking on the phone. If you look good, you’ll feel good and you’ll sound good too. If you use a mirror, you’ll know if you are using your hands or smiling.
These tips will not only increase your results but they will also make you feel much more comfortable on the phone.
