The first one is up to them but remember to always qualify your new reps before you let them join your team.

The second point of whether they see results is also up to them but there is one thing that you can do that will help them immensely.
***Make customer calls and invitation calls with them.***
We all know that to make money in this profession you have to talk to people.
Most people will procrastinate calling their warm market.
If you make an appointment and sit down with your new reps and help them make the calls, 3 things will happen.
1. They will get customers
2. They will have appointments
3. More importantly, they will get confidence and momentum.
You won’t be making all of their calls with them.
Listen to them make calls and give them advice and pointers.
Have them make calls for about 10 or 20 minutes.
Doing the first couple calls with them will get them excited to get home and finish making those calls instead of procrastinating them.
