Network Marketing Success: What Desperation Really Sounds Like To Your Prospect


What does desperate sound like?

Often in Network Marketing, we are so excited about our product, service or opportunity that we sound desperate.

Our prospects are already “immune” to hearing words like:
Ground floor
Break through product
Scientifically proven etc.

Those words sound like hype and hype sounds desperate.

Hype words actually put “walls of resistance” up around your prospect.

Instead of using hype words that push your prospect away, use qualifying words that actually pull your prospect in.

Words like:
“Are you at all open to looking into a side project if it did not interfere with what you are currently doing?”
Another example:
“This video is introduction and it’s designed to see if you are even open minded enough to want more information.”

If you are a good fit
ex: “Let me call you after you have reviewed the information to see if you are even a good fit for this.”

These words make your prospect hope to be chosen.

Switching your words changes the whole psychology of the way the conversation goes.
