Are you self-sabotaging your success and not even knowing it?

Many people have goals and dreams and some of us even know what actions we should be doing in order to achieve those goals however, we don’t do them.
If we know what to do, they why don’t we do it?
“If how to’s were enough, we would all be rich, skinny and happy.”
It’s not just about knowing what to do. If you wanted a better body, all you would have to do is follow a diet and exercise program. If you wanted to make more money, all you would have to do is follow a business plan that works.
There is a belief out there that if you don’t have the discipline, then you just don’t want it bad enough. While wanting it bad enough is certainly part of the equation, there is another part that people forget.
It’s also about feeling worthy enough.

You must feel worthy to become successful. Not become successful to feel worthy.
Why don’t most people feel worthy?
If you are brought up like most people, you don’t say nice things to yourself. Especially in your moments of silence. Most people tell themselves that they aren’t good enough. They yell at themselves in the mirror. They were told “no” throughout their childhood. The average 1 year old hears the word “no” 400 times a day.
You were probably told that you were good or you got praise only when you did something good like getting good grades or doing your chores.
You’ve been programmed to feel worthy only after you do something good.
You are probably unconsciously telling yourself that you aren’t worthy until…
Until you you reach your goal.
Until you become successful.
Until you catch your dreams.
How do you start feeling worthy?
Instead of unconsciously allowing thoughts of unworthiness into your mind, start intentionally telling yourself that you are worthy.
Intend to speak posititve things to yourself rather than relax and let the negative surface.
Do that long enough then the positive will come naturally.

What should you say to yourself?
You can start buy saying, “I am worthy” or “I deserve it.”
What ever you say, you probably won’t beleive it at first.
That doesn’t matter, if you say something to yourself enough times, you’ll start to believe it.
