Here’s one piece of the pie:  The truth is that affirmations and visualizations can really help improve your life.  It’s only a start but it’s a great start.

Think of how you want your life to be in a certain area of your life (health, money, relationship, spirtitual and beyond)

Write a positive sentence or two that describes how you want your life to be.  Make sure that it’s sensory rich, full of emotion, in the present tense and that you are grateful for it.


  • Money:  I am so happy and grateful that I create a solid 5 figure monthly income each month.
  • Love:  I am so happy and grateful that I have found my soul mate.  She is intelligent, sexy and smoking hot.  We have share a happy, healthy, intimate marriage together.
  • Parent:  I am so happy and grateful that I am a wonderful parent to my children.  I am raising them responsibly.  We spend a lot of time bonding and playing together.  They are so proud that I am there Dad.
  • Car:  I am so happy and grateful that I drive a 2013 Aston Martin DB9.  It is red, with a black all leather interior.
  • Health:  I am so happy that I now weigh “X” lbs.  I feel sexier in my new body and I have more energy.

Have fun while creating your affirmations.

Now that you have them, make sure to review them twice a day.  15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in before you sleep.

Do that faithfully and you’ll see a tremdous difference in all aspects of your life.
