There is a book you need to read every day.
Now for those of you that have religious scriptures, I’m not including that.
Some of you automatically thought, The Bible or The Koran and if you read those books then I encourage you to keep reading them. But I also encourage you to read another book everyday. Twice a day.
If you read this book on a regular basis, you will experience drastic positive changes in your life and some of those changes will happen in a very short period of time.

The book that I’m talking about is a dream book. A dream book is just a like a vision board but it is in book form. I prefer to use a dream book simply because it’s portable. I’m writing this blog post to you ahead of time but as it gets posted to my blog I’m actually on a cruise ship in Europe. A dream book is much easier to pack in my luggage than a vision board.
Dream Book or Vision Board
If you don’t know what a dream book or a vision board is, it’s simply a place that you put pictures and/or affirmations of the things that you want to manifest into your life.
You might want a nicer car or a bigger home. You may want to take a special vacation (something that I put on my vision board and it’s coming true right now!) What ever you put into your dream book or vision board, make sure to “read” it every day. Use it to help you visualize and manifest and if you do it with enough feeling, you’ll get what’s on your board.
My Dream Book
On the very first page of my dream book I have a quote:
“Let a man radically alter his thoughts, and he will be astonished at the rapid transformation it will effect in the material conditions of his life. Men imagine that thought can be kept secret, but it cannot; it rapidly crystallizes into habit, and habit solidifies into circumstance.” ~James Allen
This quote reinforces to me, that thoughts become things.
I have pictures of cars that I want to drive and homes that I want to live in. I have pictures of vacations that I want to experience among other things.
On the last page, I have space for me to list the things that I want to manifest whether it’s more coaching clients or more profitable speaking engagements.

Like I’ve said in previous blog posts, the Law of Attraction isn’t magic. But it does help you take action. Action is where the results come from. This works but there is one small catch, you must believe. Belief turn into thoughts, which turn into feelings, which turn in to action, which create your results. That is why it’s so important to visualize with emotion and to use all 5 senses. Those feelings are what spark the action.
I’m sure that many of you out there have your own vision board and dream books. I’m curious to see what’s in yours.
