The Simple Way To Make Drastic Changes Your Life For The Better… Forever (that is honestly easy to do)

Do you want to know how to make big changes in your life?
There is actually a very simple way to get the process started.
When I say simple, I mean that this is something that anyone can do.
You don’t need a special skill set.
You don’t need a special education.
You don’t need loads of extra money.

Why Most People Don’t Make Lasting Changes
When someone decides they want to make a change in their life they think they need to to take make massive action.
They are right in thinking that taking massive action will make a change in their life but most people don’t have the discipline to keep up with the new massive action.
Let me explain
If someone wants to lose some weight, they might decide to change their diet and exercise an hour each day.
Most people are unable to do that. They end up working out for a week or maybe a month but they just can’t sustain that sort of a big change in their behaviour. After a while, they go back to their old ways.
Instead of making massive changes that you probably won’t stick to, make a small change that can eventually become a habit.

Developing A Habit
Let’s talk about the simplicity of developing a habit, but before I get into that:  I’m offering a free audio mp3 so you can learn 6 Law of Attraction Life Hacks that will allow you to implement the Law of Attraction everyday in an effortless way.

Now, if you make a small change in your behaviour, overtime it will reflect large changes in your results.
Find an area in your life that you want to improve and identify a small activity that you can do everyday that will bring you towards that goal. Then, make a promise with yourself that you will do that small activity each day for 21 days.

If you want to lose weight, you could drink at least 8 glasses of water or take a walk each day.
If you want to spend less money, you could start writing down everything you spend or you could bring your lunch to work instead of paying for it at the restarant.
If you want to finally start writing your book you could make some time to write at least 15 minutes a day.
If you want to have a better relationship with your spouse or another loved one, take the time to do one small nice favor for them each day. It could be a simple “I love you” or a note of thanks on the bathroom mirror.
If you want to be happier take 5 minutes each day and think about all the things that you are grateful for.

Is this hard to do? It’s not impossible to do and if you think about it, it’s actually kind of easy. They say that it takes 21 days to develop a habit and you can do ANYTHING for 21 days.

Momentum
You’d be surprised how much can change for doing what almost feels like nothing.
Drink and extra 8 -16 glasses of water each day and watch how much weight and inches you lose and how much better you feel after a month.
Start brewing your own coffee and packing your lunch each day instead of buying it and you’ll see how much extra money you have after a month. A 2 dollar coffee and a 6 dollar lunch each day can really add up.
Start your day with a 10 minute stretch and watch how much better you’ll feel and how much more flexible you’ll be after just a couple of weeks.
Do small favors for someone you love and watch how close you’ll grow after just a week.
Take just 5 minutes to feel grateful and watch how much better you feel on the first day!

If you make one small change in your life, after a while, you’ll start to see results. Those results will encourage you and it starts momentum.

Once you start momentum, you’ll be encouraged to make some bigger changes or you might add other small activites to develop more good habits.
You might add a 15 minute walk to your 8 extra glasses of water a day habit to get even more results.

Before you know it, it’s 6 months later and you’ve made a huge life lasting change to your behaviour and your life.
